Fraudulent Charges not being addressed

I had my store hacked and someone obtained a credit card and racked up over $2500 in charges. I was promised by different representatives that my bank account would be protected. Well.. it wasn’t. Shopify hijacked my bank account for the fraudulent charges on a credit card that I never applied for, authorized, or ever wanted. AND to make matters worse, the number associated with the fraudulent card isn’t even my number! No one can answer how this happened or what they will do about it. In the meantime, all my payouts have been frozen, the card locked, and my band account debited the FULL amount of the charges. This is going to put me out of business and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE at Shopify to do anything except tell me “we are investigating”. I’m at an absolute loss. This was literally my rent money and utility money. Shopify has failed me miserably abd demonstrated ZERO support.
