Hi! I’m trying to report a merchant for fraud since I never received my order. The fraud form only lets me use an email address, but I made the purchase with my phone number instead. Is there another way to submit the form without using an email?
I don’t think shopify takes fraudulent merchants seriously as they get paid, i also got scammed, but need to wait 30 days to report.. WTF??!!
