Has anybody else had a Shopify Capital cash advance added to your admin without your knowledge? 14% of my sales have been deducted for remittance fees that I don’t owe. I keep being told it will be resolved in “a few days” but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money back. I’d love to speak with someone in the corporate office but haven’t been able to do so. Please let me know if you have any ideas that will lead to a resolution.
