I am clearly doing something wrong. I edited the shipping rates so that all my products offer free delivery (see attached image). I tested this with two different purchases and at the cart free delivery was shown, but when I then came to pay via Paypal and via Shopify Payments the delivery fees were added without the option to remove them, also see attached. Can you please advise?

Well, I fixed this myself in the end, and I’m adding it here in case it helps any other dudes out there to have a more mellow life…
The issue is not a Shopify one as I hadn’t got the free delivery set up with the print supplier so no matter what free delivery I set up on Shopify it was over-ruled by the printing company and was charged at the cart. This has meant reloading all the products again as it can only be changed when a new item is uploaded to the Shopify store.
