Our team is looking for a solution to give a free gift (Our Sample Pack) to customers who sign-up for SMS of EML AND IF they purchase another product from our store,
This can be a code or no-code solution, but the offer should only be able to be redeemed ONCE per customer and should work with both OTP and Subscription purchases. It should also work with ShopPay and other merchant apps.
We currently have access to tools like Shopify, Recharge, Loyalty Lion, Attentive, and Klaviyo, but would be ok with purchasing Gifting app from the Shopify store to accomplish this.
Ultimately, this is the desired flow:
- Customer visits our website
- Customer sees a pop-up from Attentive with the offer (Free Sample Pack) and redeems it by entering in there email and SMS
- Customer shops and adds a OTP or Subscription product to their cart.
- The Sample Pack is automatically added to their cart free of charge OR a customer types in a special code at checkout to get the Sample Pack automatically added to their cart free of charge
