Access to course worksheets/templates for “First Day to First Sale” and “Dropshipping 101” became blocked a couple of days ago due to Google Sheets permission errors.
Update: A course team fix was deployed earlier today. One participant confirmed they could download some worksheets afterward, indicating partial restoration.
Current status: The issue appears resolved for some users but persists for others who still cannot access the resources.
Actions taken and next steps:
Resolution: Partially resolved and ongoing. Further troubleshooting depends on user feedback to identify remaining access problems.
Hi all,
I’m going through 2 courses: First Day to First Sale, and Dropshipping 101. Each lesson includes very useful worksheets and templates, but recently I can not access them anymore. I get blocked when trying to open the link and get a message that by Google sheets that I do not have access to them. This issue started a couple of days ago.
Any having the same issue or already a solution?

My EXACT issue with them! Hoping someone can give us some guidance. Doesn’t reflect well on Shopify!

If so, could you please share what is preventing you from opening up the files? Also, what error messages are you encountering?
