I have the WSH Wholesale Pricing app, and I have a group there called B2B, which is the wholesale customers, and I want those customers to get free shipping for orders over 250€, while regular customers get it on +50€.
What’s the easiest and preferably free way to do this correctly?
I’ve tried with the WSH groups, built-in shopify discounts, customer segments… But none of the solutions really work because of guest customers. In most or all of these, I can make the separation of [existing/signed in/created regular users] and [B2B users] work, but once I try buying without signing in, it’s a problem. For example, the only way I know of applying the 50€ free shipping to guests is from the shopify shipping rates section, but then again this would also apply to signed in regular customers as well as B2B customers (don’t want the latter).

For your advanced request, you’ll need to combine Shopify Customers feature and an app called BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell (free plan available), using its customer tag feature. You can explore other apps but I dont know whether they support customer tag or not.
Here’s the result using my solution (if you want to tailor anything, just tell me):
- If your customers don’t log in to your store + spend over 50€ → get freeshipping
- If your customers log in and aren’t B2B customers + spend over 50€ → get freeshipping
- If your customers log in and are B2B customers + spend over 250€ → get freeshipping
Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Make sure B2B customers have a Shopify customer tag
Pls set it up in your Shopify admin. Here’s the guide from Shopify in case you don’t know.
For example, tag = B2B
Step 2: Create 2 separate Free Shipping offers in BOGOS App
Offer 1 – For Wholesale (B2B)
- Install BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell
- Create a gift offer with Spend X amount to get gift(s) template
- Set the minimum cart value condition to 250 and apply it to any products
- Add sub condition > Customer tag > fill in “B2B” (the tag you set for B2B customers)
- Select shipping discount as gift
Offer 2 – For Regular Customers
Do the same as offer 1, but in the sub condition part, enable these 2 options:
