Free shipping above a certain amount is not working

I have set up free shipping on orders above €100, but the buyers are still charged my usual shipping rate at checkout.

How can I solve it?

Did you implement this by setting two different shipping rates using price conditions?

How are your shipping rates set up by region? I’d expect it to be one of these things:

  1. Your customer is shipping outside your free shipping region. You can go back into your shipping zones under “/admin/settings/shipping” and change the zones/regions. Many zones have sub-regions. It’s pretty easy to accidentally select a sub-region and exclude others.

  2. Your shipping setting is limited to certain products. If you view your shipping profile, you should see “All products” at the top. If you don’t see that, you may want to change the products that free shipping is available for.
