Free Shipping Applied to Sub-Total or Final Total?

This is a critical issue with our store that no one seems to be able to fix.

We have free shipping set up for all orders over $100 but if a customer uses a coupon and the order total goes to below $100 they still get free shipping. We have got to find a way to stop this from happening.

shopify please get this fixed. This is a major bug in the system.

To prevent this, you may try iCart App. This app will help you by providing free shipping over the $100 cart amount automatically in the cart. Your customers will know the offer from your store and the offer will appear on top of your cart.
