Hi, I set up a automatically free shipping discount for my site and realized it is not showing up on checkout despite the condition of the free shipping being met. The products are all in general shipping profile. So I am not sure why the free shipping discount is not automatically applied?

Is your LAUNCH10OFF Order discount set to combine with shipping discounts? If not, then check “shipping discounts” in the “combinations” settings.

this is the setting and checkout page, my other non-shipping automatically promo is working and automatically applied but the shipping promo is not working.
