So I’m encountering an issue with my free shipping discount not syncing to my Instagram shop. I made an automatic discount in shopify that is free shipping on orders over $50 and it works perfectly on my shopify store and shop app, but it doesn’t work on instagram. When I created the discount, it said auto discounts apply to all sales channels, but when I look at active offers in meta commerce manager there is nothing there and it says to use the shopify discounts page, which I did. The discount is not working in my instagram shop, and I’ve tried various combinations of flat and calculated shipping rates and have reconnected my meta assets multiple times and tried manual offer syncing. Ideally I want the promotions banner on the instagram shop to display the offer and for it to work at checkout. I know this is possible because I’ve seen other shopify instagram shops with this setup. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and how did you fix it? Thanks!
