Hi friends,
When I create a free shipping discount within the discounts section of Shopify’s native dashboard, it automatically includes Online Store. However, I want a free shipping coupon that applies ONLY to a specific sales channel. I have Shopify Advanced. Please advise. Thank you!
P.S - have investigated multiple discounts apps and none of them appear to solve this problem so unless you personally have tried this please don’t recommend any discounts apps unless you know it works. Thanks!

Just to share some context, , when creating a free shipping discount in Shopify’s native dashboard, it automatically applies to the Online Store. Hi @Mac_2 ! Thanks so much for your reply. I have unfortunately reached out to Shopify twice for solutions each time with no decent results. One said there was nothing they could think of, the other recommended “searching the App Store”. Well, if I had tried that and found success, I wouldn’t be here posting on the online forum.
