Does anyone facing similar problem? I have set for all countries that if the order price is above USD35, customers can enjoy free shipping. But it does not work when checkout. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Attached are the screenshots. I have set the criteria on shopify shipping & rates for order price above USD35 to enjoy free shipping. But it does not work on the checkout page.

can you please check your payment option bcz doesn’t allow any customization option ck your end
or contact Shopify support
