@UncleZac , shipping profiles restrict free shipping strictly to products that are in the profile.
If you want more flexibility where you need the free shipping to be applied to products based on conditions, I suggest you try our app Discount Bot. Here’s an example where you can set a 100% shipping discount (free) for specific products with a minimum criteria:
The discount applies in the cart because the product in the “Applies to” has 2 items in the cart.
For your example, you should be able to set the minimum quantity of items to ‘1’ to achieve what you want.
