Just FYI, Script Editor is only available in Shopify Plus plan and is soon getting depreciated too. Instead, Shopify function will be used to achieve the same thing.

Shopify native discounts do not let you choose shipping methods, but rather have an ‘exclude shipping rates over a certain amount’ option.
