Free theme needs to now be paid theme? HELP they will cancel my store!

HI I got an email stating that I have to do the below things to my shopify site- BIG issues is I am out of the country til Jan 18th- in NZ and have bad net service so wont be able to do anything til I get home- thoughts on how to get to someone to tell them to not do anything to my store- since I cant reach shopify via email, I dont have it- they said go to the forum and ask

sec 9 of shopify service require a licensed version of any purchasable theme from the Shopify Theme Store. Only themes purchased from the shopify store carry a valid license.

thank you- the issue is can this wait til I get back due to I am not online a lot and dont have time to work on this- I am in NZ, so the other side of the world so once I get back would like the help=thank you

but any idea for now what to do? I can have my store go down

not sure how to get to someone from shopify to get them to put a hold on this- due to its pretty much impossible to get changed til I am home

and they give no email or anything to get in touch
