Full disclosure: I’m the developer of Increlon Affiliate, an affiliate + customer referral app that recently went live on the App Store. This isn’t a pitch - I’m looking for critique from the people best positioned to give it.
I built the app around one rule: a merchant who already understands affiliate programs should never have to ask a question to use it. If something requires a support ticket, I treat that as a defect in the product, not a gap in the user. The product is ready but I genuinely can’t tell anymore whether I’ve hit that bar - I know where everything is because I put it there.
That’s why I specifically want freelancers, consultants, and agencies who set up or manage affiliate programs for clients. You see more programs than any single merchant does, you know exactly where the existing tools make you grind (plan caps that break affiliate links mid-month, coupon attribution that silently drops Shop Pay orders, payout runs that eat an afternoon), and you’ll notice in minutes what I’ve been blind to for months.
What I’m asking for: use it on a real store for a couple of weeks, then tell me straight - what confused you, what you expected that wasn’t there, where you had to stop and think.
What you get: a free 1-year unlimited license as an early adopter, and direct access to the person who builds the product - your feedback doesn’t go into a ticket queue, it goes into the next release.
I’m keeping the group small so I can actually act on what people tell me, which means I won’t be able to accept everyone.
