Hi Fellow Shopify Users!
We have Shipstation integrated with our Shopify store for shipping. It works as it should typically utilizing the live rate feature. However once I reach a certain amount of products or product weight (I don’t know which), it completely stops producing a rate. I have tested this by adding one product at a time and checking to see if freight populates. It just stop after so many items with the error message below. I have confirmed the shipping address is accurate and successfully processed other orders with it in this system. I have resourced Shipstation and Shopify Support for help but so far no resolve. All our products have weights and shipping is enabled. If anyone has any help I would greatly appreciate it!!!
