Fresh Theme - Change Collections Title Font style

I’m using the Fresh theme and changing the font style of the product titles is not an option in the theme settings. How can I change this?

can you please provide screenshot where did you change this?

That indicated text is the title of the collections, I just want to change the font style to a different one and if possible, change the size too.

The theme is not currently published.
