From 100/200 euros of sales a day to 0 in a week

I have been having some really good months lately and in the last 2 months it happened 2 times that all of the sudden the sales completely stop for over a week. I was doing 100/200 euros a days and then nothing for a week and then it started like normal again. This happened 2 times now.

Is this happening to others as well? Is there an explanation for this? I would say a lot of people where on vacation but the traffic to my website was still the same and Google Shopping wasn’t showing anything unusual.

I am kinda worried that this will keep happening.

If you are using smart shopping, this is the reason. You are relying on automation and Google’s automation is not perfect and can break and stop working at any given time and at random.

This is the sad reality and side-effect of using smart shopping, yes its great, when it works.

If you can not afford these moments, you might want to start thinking about using standard campaigns. However this does require more work to maintain.
