From Free Trial to Closing my store

I am having difficulty closing my store. Began with the two week trial but never was able to work on creating the store much. Then after being charged for my first month I tried to end my subscription. I couldn’t/didn’t/paused it I don’t know it’s very confusing. They’re still trying to charge me. I finally figured out (on my own) there was a email issue, but now it won’t even let me pause or close the store. I need help to “definitely close the store”

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify’s Merchant support. They should assist you with the issue!
