Frozen shop

I am a new Shopify customer who needs some assistance from management. I have spoken daily with Support Assistants who are pleasant but cannot get my shop online. I have two sites paid for, that is you have my money but due to some reason the billing department has frozen them both.

I am told this will take 3 weeks to resolve. The billing department cannot be contacted directly. The process is opaque. I have paid my money and expect better assistance.

My shop is actually losing money every hour it is not online. There is no sense of urgency on Shopify’s part. My request is simple. One shop, the older one is inaccessible. Technical glitch on your side I was told. Please make it go away and let me get the new store up and going.
