Hi, how to fix an order being show up on New Order Count once it’s fulfilled but it was partial refunded. Note: All the items has been fulfilled. we just refunded the shipping cost to them.
I just fixed it. Actually Shopify did not automatically archive order with partially refund. Manually mark as archive will solve my issue.
