My store has been inactive, and so I do not process many orders, so I’m looking for guidance and assistance…
The below is a screenshot of the status of this order. It appears that I do not need to do anything, but I never trust based on previous lessons learned. Just trying to see what I need to do to push the order through… Help???
I think I may need to still place an order with my internal supplier, but I’m just not sure? Nor am I sure where to go to perform the next step. Argh!
