Here is our store lord-milano-shop We have a problem that our fulfilment center doesn’t see any customer info . They suggest that the problem can be with our plan (basic) Should we really upgrade our plan?

Is written that to access Custom Level 2 PII apps, your store must be on the Shopify plan or higher.
Maybe we can add this possibility to our current plan?
