Hay there, i had signed up because in November or so shopify had a 3 months subscription for just 3 euros, now the time has come and i got charged the full amount before i was able to cancel, i still have 20 euros due to pay but i dont have the money and i dont know what to do since it wont let me cancel, do i have to pay the the last 20€?
What if i cant do that this month, will it charge more?

You will need to contact our authenticated support channels so that our team can review the current billing fees and let you know the best way to close the store. Generally our billing system will attempt to charge for the bill three times and if it is unable to collect payment the store is automatically closed. If you wish to recover the store you would then need to pay the outstanding bill still owed and a new month’s subscription as well.
