Full recustomize of product page in dawn theme

Hello guys, i want to change the entire design of my product page in dawn theme.

my website is: saketistore.com.gr

first of all i got transparent header in home page and when i visit another page my header is black but its huge, i want to make my header shorter (check photo below)

then i want to make a big change in product variants area, i want to align the vendor, price, color, size and quantity in center like the product title, but im looking for code to show the “product type” in product page, and i will change the color picker to color swatches.

lastly i want to move my description to bottom of the product page
