Full report for filing income taxes

I’m looking for a full report for filing taxes for total sales over time (FY) that would include the following details : Date, Gross sales, Discounts, Returns, Net Sales, Shipping Charges, Taxes Breakdown (GST/QST or HST), Shopify fees incurred and associated payout for each sale. Is there an out-of-the-box report including all of this or can I generate a custom report that would include all of this?

There isn’t a single built-in report in Shopify that shows a full breakdown of payouts matched exactly to individual orders, because Shopify deposits are batched. One payout can include multiple orders, minus fees, plus refunds or adjustments, so it’s not a direct one-to-one match.

If you’re on an Advanced or Plus plan, you can create a custom report using Sales and Finance data sources to get close. However, reconciling Shopify fees and payouts still requires downloading the Payouts export and manually matching transactions in a spreadsheet.
