Functionality Allowing Customers to Request a Personalized Note at Checkout

Hello All,

Can someone direct me to a resource (an App or native Shopify functionality) that would allow our customers - at checkout - to enter a personalized note that they would like included with their order as a gift? We would take that text and handwrite a note to be included when shipping the order.

Please note: I’m not highly technical so I am trying to avoid a HTML or Liquid coding requirement. Thanks so much.

Thanks a lot Nick for your response. Yesterday after I’d completed my post, I watched yet another YouTube video. This one however hit the mark by showing me native Shopify functionality that I could simply toggle on to provide the customer comment field that I was looking for. So, all good for now. As we roll out more products and focus more on our online store, I am sure that I will reconnect with the Community to address new issues and hiccups. All the best, Juan
