Anyone know if there is an app or a way to do fundraisers through shopify? I want to have hundreds of different schools be able to order through my site and they will get a portion of the sale for their team.
Could I add a custom access code on the checkout page and keep track of everything that way or is there a better way to do this?

There are a few ways you could do this:
1.) You can try using discount codes and sending each school it’s own code that they can then use 
2.) Apps such as Affiliatly or ReferralCandy might also be able to do something similar to what you have described.
