GA4 Installation Tracking Issue - shopify_app_install event

Hey there,
I’ve configured an event in GA4 to track installations(shopify_app_install), a new feature they introduced. However, it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Some days, the installation count is showing as absolutely zero, and on other days, the numbers of installations don’t quite match my expectations based on the data I’ve gathered. Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this problem?

I am absolutely sure that I have installations in days which GA4 shows no installation event triggered.

Check for the website traffic the same day, and see if you find anything suspicious!

Nothing in website traffic looks suspicious. However I find out that in Engagement>Events data is wrong but in Engagement>conversion for shopify_app_install event everything looks fine. Do you have any idea why?
