Gap appears on top of header when I scroll up

Hi,

when you scroll up on my website (both browser and mobile), a black gap appears for a bit above the header (see thin black line in screenshot) and then disappears. Is there a way for this go away so it doesn’t feel like there’s “black background” or gap behind my site?

This is a function of macOS when scrolling out of the website container.

Is there a way to change it to cream / white instead of black, does this have to do with my theme colour?
