Gateway Timeout - all afternoon but 100% fine all morning.

I am developing a Custom App and it has many functions that make up the App. i.e. productsall2b.php and this morning they were all testing on my test store just fine giving good results.

However for the past 4 hours, with no code changes at all, I am receiving :

Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

I have Cleared all cache, reloaded pages, restarted Chrome, etc. with no change.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

And then the next day all of a sudden everything started working again. Ah Shopify, like God, works in strange and mysterious ways.
