GDPR and Pre-Checked Boxes - Are They Complaint at Checkout?

Hi,

I have a VERY simple question that I hope will have a simple answer:

Are the boxes like the one below GDPR complaint. It is prechecked, and I can uncheck to finish the checkout.

@kziner - no, preselecting it is most likely not GDPR compliant.
