A community member identified a syntax error: extra closing braces in a script were breaking page rendering, likely originating from the header area (based on adjacent header menu code). Screenshots supported this diagnosis.
The store owner granted collaborator access, and the helper removed the erroneous code. The live homepage is now functioning correctly.
GemPages later offered an apology and directed the user to contact support via in-app chat or [email removed] for further assistance.
