Hi, Not the even average with jscript or jquery here but trying to create a contact form for the orders like a support ticket but for a specific order.
This would come from the user acc page, so user name and order will be automatically add to the form.
Question?

Yes, this is a form for the costumer to ask questions about that order, like “never arrived” “why so long” " this is not what i asked"
@WebChocolatier I can develop that form but it will take much time.
I only need to capture the parameter and able to use it, as far as my knowledge goes.
All around this step is done.

I will explain better:
after opening the order details page from the acc page you can contact the support directly from that order, sending on the form the user name and the order number.

i see. you want to create a contact form in order page. you can get all data from that. then where are you stucked?
intentionally the contact form is on another page.
why dont you create the form on that page?
that would be my option if not possible on another page.
it is possible on another page. just save your order number and customer details in cookie and use them in another page. BUT it would be great if you make it on order page.
@pioneer100 question here on the form in the same page… this would render the shopify contact form useless as it has to go through the contact page.
Or am I over thinking it??
yes, you are over thinking. just use simple contact form for general inquiry and use order contact form especially for discussing about order.
