This is Rae from Shopify. I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into this error when importing your product CSV file.
When this happens it typically means that the headers on the product CSV template have been edited. Not to worry though, we can easily resolve this by following these steps:
Save the product CSV file you’re currently working in, and make a copy of it. This will help save your work, and create a backup, before we edit the file.
Visit our help document here.
Download our sample product CSV file by clicking on the link within the help document that reads ‘sample product CVS file’.
Open up the downloaded sample file.
Copy just this header out of the sample file:

Paste this header into only the header portion of your edited CSV file.
Save your CSV file.
Follow the steps in this help document to import your CSV file into Shopify.
