Ah, okay in this case if they connect their account to the Shopify store it absolutely will overwrite any other product and sales data.
I can understand their hesitance around losing this information, so I would recommend consulting with Tik Tok directly to see if there is a way to salvage that information in an easy to read way.
I’m not familiar with Aftership doing this, but I’d absolutely love to know if this ended up working for you. I trust our future readers will find that very helpful.
