I just received the following from an account that has now been closed:
"Your Shopify Balance account for __________ is now closed, and your Balance cards are deactivated. $66.43 USD was in Shopify Balance at the time of closure. If you still have access to the Shopify admin, you can move these remaining funds to an external bank account. If you can’t access the Shopify admin or you have any other questions, visit the Shopify Help Center."
I do not have access to the account as it is closed. How can I access these funds without reopening the account? There seems to be no access to anything to be able to do so — I can only view my past bills (not even past statements/sales).
Or … is this a phishing [email removed]
