Getting alot of visitors but no sales I could use some feed back

hello i started my workout apparel store Gozuku about month ago and have had over 10k visitors but no sales. i dont know if im doing something wrong or what? i could use some feed back please and thank you

Could you please provide me with a link to your store? In the meantime, it’s great that you’re getting over 10K visitors, but naturally, you want conversions.

Hello @Gozuku I have some general pieces of advice I think you could find particularly helpful.

  1. Do you have sections for best sellers and latest arrivals? I suggest you create those if you don’t have them already because they help give your store a nice overall outlook and help draw customers to certain products that might move them to action.

  2. If you have made any sales elsewhere or offline before you should get some customer reviews from there to put on your store as they help add a certain prestige to the store.

  3. You could offer special discounts in order to attract customers to make their first purchase. For example, if you could manage to sacrifice up to a 20% discount for the first order of a customer in the store it increases the likelihood of getting some sales in the store.
