Let me tell my story, I’ve built a shopify one product store, product is mine so no copyright or anything could be taken. Started running adds, doing content etc. After 4 days ive finally received my first sale, few hours later - next sale etc. Went to sleep, and i woke up with email, that shopify store has been terminated, i instantly sent all documents etc, never got provided actual reason. Then waited for day, two, three now it have been 8 days. Ive lost some money, lost lots of time. All support is telling me “ that team will check my case asap” no info no feedback nothing. I can not send orders, since my product in some way is linked with website (like there are link w info page which will be used while using product etc). So I’m losing clients reputation, while shopify simply does not care. They told me that team doesn’t really work on weekends, but i managed to get banned on weekend. It seems weird as hell, that they dont give you like a few days to provide documents or sum, no warning no anything just complete ban. Please start informing, explaining stuff to your clients, empathy is also a thing, now ik that i cant count on you, I migrated from woo to this platform, because i thought that i will have to stress less, just create a web, and run - no plugin updates no maitenance works, not responsible for security etc, but i see that nothing is that nice.
