I had to cancel an order because it was placed through paypal which I am not set up to receive payments through. I talked to the customer they are all good with me canceling the order. So I cancelled it. I am now left with a canceled order for 0 items, but there is still an unfulfilled charge for payment of shipping for the 0 items. How can I make this go away? My store is connected to printify, but on prinitfy there is no order because the order was never fulfilled.
