I’m not sure if this is the right location for this post but I’m running paid ads on tik tok and I’m getting clicks and an above 1% CTR but haven’t even had one add to cart yet. Have I done something wrong on my website?
Prices may be high or products may not be appealing. Check if there’s any glitch in the code/flow or not.
If you download the TikTok Pixel Helper (Chrome extension) you will be able to see if the TikTok pixel is firing correctly. I just checked your website and it doesn’t appear that the pixel has been installed correctly:
Once you get the pixel installed, you should start to see website events such as landing page views and ATCs starting to happen.
