Hi, I’m new here so I apologize if I’m asking this question in the wrong place…
Some background. We are in the process of setting up a new site with Shopify. Our current fulfillment flow goes through SOS Inventory since we are required to use lot numbers. And we ship via Shipstation.
Connecting Shopify to SOS Inventory was a piece of cake. SOS sends the order to Shipstation. Shipstation sends tracking number and carrier back to SOS Inventory.
Shopify does not get the fulfillment info back from SOS Inventory. A limitation of the connector.
I know I could connect Shopify directly to Shipstation but that circumvents some required steps in our process. Assigning lot numbers, which is tracked in SOS.
Aside from fulfilling the order in Shopify everything works great. So, how can I fulfill the order in Shopify. I was tinkering with Zapier which is probably the best way? But I haven’t had any success there.
Does anybody have experience with Shopify, Shipstation and Zapier. Looking for help.
