Hello,

I’m getting an internal error when visiting help.shopify.com, how can I fix this? I need to contact support.

I would like to advise that our developers are aware of an issue impacting merchants when attempting to contact support via the Help Center. Our team is actively working to produce a solution and I will update this thread once the issue is resolved.

In the meantime, could you try the following when accessing the Help Center:

  • Clearing your cache + cookies and completely rebooting the browser.
  • Launching the Help Center on another device or browser.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to have this issue fixed.
