1. Homepage- First Impressions: The homepage could benefit from a more compelling value proposition. Right now, the message isn’t clear enough about why customers should choose Bling & Blanket. You might want to add a catchy headline that explains the brand’s unique selling points and what sets your products apart.
- Hero Image: The main banner image is good, but consider making it more engaging. It could feature your products in use or include a special offer, like “Free Shipping on Orders Over $50” or something that makes people feel like they’re getting a deal.
- Navigation: The top menu is simple, but you could consider adding categories like “New Arrivals,” “Best Sellers,” or “Special Offers” for easier navigation. This helps guide users directly to the most popular or on-sale products.
- Pop-Up Promotions: Use pop-ups to highlight time-sensitive offers like “Fall Home Refresh” or “Spring Makeover,” creating urgency and encouraging immediate purchases.

By the way, I noticed that the “Chat with us” field seems to be left blank, which could cause some confusion for your customers.
To fix this issue, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Chat Widget
- Select the Translation tab
- Scroll down to Pre-chat Information
- Then, enter the pretext you want to display in the fields.
