Getting products to not say sold out

I am trying to get my products to show that there is inventory but nothing is working. I am using Tapstitch to dropship from and right now everything says Sold Out, when there everything is linked from the drop shipping source. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This usually happens when inventory isn’t syncing correctly.

Check:

The product is set to Track quantity in Shopify

Inventory is assigned to the correct location

Tapstitch sync is enabled and refreshed

If it still shows (Sold out), reconnect the product or contact Tapstitch support.

his usually happens when Shopify is not getting stock numbers from the app. With Tapstitch, the product can be linked but the inventory location is often not set. Check the product in Shopify, go to Inventory, and make sure “Track quantity” is on and that a Tapstitch or app location is selected. If it still shows sold out, try re-syncing the product inside the Tapstitch app. This is a common sync issue, not something you did wrong.
