So, I’ve been utilizing the Infinite Options app by ShopPad exclusively on our POS system. Our store deals with a lot of customization options to calculate our pricing for custom garment printing.
Ran into the problem of Product Bundle data being displayed in the cart and print receipts, as noted in the following FAQ: https://docs.theshoppad.com/article/426-hiding-product-bundle-data-on-the-cart-page
- ex. “io_order_group”
ShopPad support notified us that in regard to the POS platform, they are unable to edit:
“I am afraid that this document (Hiding product bundle data on the cart page) only applies to the customer facing side of your store. We currently do not have the ability to hide the io code on POS since Shopify controls those aspects of the system.”
Seeking help from Shopify to see if we can get this data hidden on the POS app. Appreciate and help we can get!
