Hello I can not view my admin account saying site can not be reached, however my website is reachable can someone help? I cant log a ticket with Shopify saying that the queue is full. Anyone else having a problem??? 11/16/2022

This issue was due to VPN. Someone from the forum called it out and was correct, the name unknown. I thank you stranger. Also Shopify support is killer. Thank you all.

It was me, but my post was deleted accidentally.
If you mark this as a solution, I’ll re-explain it here:
Basically if you have a vpn or are browsing via a proxy, sometimes your ping will not resolve either because of security measures (ddos prevention) or the vpn address or region may be blocked (same reason why sometimes if you are away from home and try to log into a bank or gmail you’re met with id confirmation forms instead of just being let in.)
All said, if you can’t log into your site but you know it’s online, it’s a good idea to try it without your vpn or proxy on.
If that fails, try changing the name servers your browser uses. -This is extreme, but sometimes your isp given nameservers haven’t been updated to include your site if it just went live recently. (I’ve learned this the hard way while developing some stores)
A quick remedy for this would be to pipe through your mobile device via proxy since those always seem to be working. (mobile internet)
