Hi @vapingo ,
If your SSL isn’t working on Shopify after connecting your Namecheap domain, it’s usually due to incorrect DNS settings. To fix it, go to your Namecheap DNS settings and make sure you only have two records: an A record pointing [email removed] to 23.227.38.65, and a CNAME record pointing www to shops.myshopify.com. Delete any other A records, CNAMEs, or URL redirect records that might be causing conflicts. After updating, save the changes and wait 24–48 hours. Shopify should automatically provision the SSL certificate.
Hi @vapingo ,
You can try to remove all of your A records, AAAA records and CNAME records and make sure you add a new A record pointing to 23.227.38.65 and a new AAAA record pointing to 2620:0127:f00f:5:: and a new CNAME record pointing to shops.myshopify.com. Wait for 24 to 48 hours for it to take effect. If it still doesn’t work. More details can be found in the Shopify official doc for namecheap. DNS configuration is complex. It is quite easy to miss some parts. I would suggest to make sure every single step is followed. This usually will work.
If retrying doesn’t work after trying to redo everything again, you can review this Shopify official troubleshoot doc
Hope you will fix the problem yourself. Feel free to send me a DM to see if anything I could help.
I just opened your site and it’s showing ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.
If the TLS certificate still fails after a week, it’s likely a DNS propagation or CAA record issue. Double-check for conflicting CAA records in your DNS settings and contact Shopify support, they can usually manually trigger the certificate provisioning.
